Delete your Band.pk account
You can permanently delete your Band.pk account and its data at any time, without contacting us.
How to delete it
- On the website: sign in, then use the form below (also in Profile → Security → Delete account).
- In the Android app: open Profile → Delete account, enter your password (not needed if you sign in with Google) and confirm.
- By email: if you can’t sign in, email [email protected] from the email address of your account. We delete it within 7 days.
What is deleted
Your account (name, email, phone number, password), every test attempt with its answers, scores and progress, your subscription and payment requests, the feedback you sent, and your sign-in sessions. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Copies in our encrypted server backups are overwritten as those backups are replaced.
A Premium plan bought through Google Play is billed by Google: cancel it in the Play Store (Payments & subscriptions) so you aren’t charged again. Time left on a plan isn’t refunded when you delete your account. See our privacy policy for more.
